All products come with a 1 year warranty backed by the manufacture. This warranty does not cover abuse or neglect. If product arrives damaged due to shipping claims must be filed with shipper to receive full compensation. Hi Def Home Store is not liable for damage when products are shipped as we open and inspect each item before shipping.
Some products require assembly , which is not included in price. We offer setup at an additional fee. All colors of each product are as close as possible based on manufactures photos of each product , some colors may vary based on individual computer monitors as viewed by each person.
Warranty exchange in the local Atlanta are is subject to a $150 service call fee. Outside of the Atlanta area customers are responsible for shipping fees due to warranty exchange.
All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee , shipping is not included. Returns must be made in original packaging or will be refused upon receipt. Customers have a 30 day return window from original purchase date and is for store credit only. NO CASH refunds will be made.
Standard free local delivery is limited to a 30 mile delivery radius from Marietta GA . Local delivery does not include assembly and or setup. Items are to be unloaded onto drive or similar and customer is responsible for moving furniture into home or business. Hi Def Home store will deliver outside of the 30 mile radius , assemble and setup for additional charges. ( call for details and prices )
All COD orders are cash upon delivery. Hi Def Home Store accepts Visa / Master Card / Discovery.
